Order Processing Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. For orders that include custom or personalised items, please allow 1–5 business days for processing as additional time is needed to prepare your order.
Orders are not processed on public holidays. If you place an order during a public holiday period, processing will begin on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Taonga ā Kaiārahi has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, high volume periods, customs processing (for international orders), or extreme weather events. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
