Thank you for shopping with Taonga ā Kaiārahi. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging, provided it is undamaged
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalised items made to order
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
